The Principal and Managing Director, Denis Flores, is a psychologist with over

thirty years' experience in organisational and individual behaviour.

Denis adds value to an organisation through his ability to maximise the potential of individual managers and staff through the effective linking of business strategy, corporate and team goals and individual skills.

As an experienced organisational analyst, skilled coach, facilitator and counsellor, he is accredited in and has designed a number of psychological assessment and organisational diagnostic tools.

Denis was National Chair of the College of Organisational Psychologists from 2003 - 2006 and is registered with the Psychologists Registration Board to practice in Victoria.
